A result is one document, read.
Up to 5 pages counts as one result. A longer file counts as one more result for every 5 pages, and we don't take files over 100 pages at all. If a file holds several documents, tell us on upload: we show you where it splits and you confirm before anything is charged. Each document is then charged on its own pages. The packet itself is free.
Wrong means free.
If the extraction is wrong, say so on the review screen and the charge goes away. You also get 2 free re-runs on every document, so fixing something we got wrong never costs you twice.
Nothing counts for 7 days.
A result stays provisional for 7 days so you have time to look at it. Only then does it reach your bill, and you can watch the whole month build up on your usage page.

That works out at about $0.30 a document. The 8 we got wrong would have been $2.80. You keep that, and we only get paid when the answer is right.
