Delete your own sign-in
This removes your login and personal details. Documents you sent stay with your company, because they belong to the company.
In the SensiDocs phone app: open the Account tab, tap Delete my account, enter your password and tap Delete my account again.
Without the app: email privacy@sensidocs.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account.
Close your whole company account
This deletes every document, every extracted field, every file and every sign-in for your company. It cannot be undone.
On the website: a company admin signs in at app.sensidocs.com, opens Privacy and security, chooses Delete this account and types DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away.
By email: a company admin can email privacy@sensidocs.com instead. We confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 30 days.
What we keep
We keep billing records, such as invoices and payment history, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We do not keep your documents or the data read from them after your account is deleted, and they are never used to train AI models.
